INTRODUCTION
In present Generation, many teenagers or most of the teenagers are getting marriage in early age. Early marriage is typically defined as the union of two adolescents joined in marriage from the age range of 13-19 years old. According to article 14 of The Family Code of the Philippines, consent of parents to marriage is required only if the parties who intends to get married are between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty one (21). What is required of those between the age of twenty one (21) and twenty five (25) is mere advice of parents, and not their consent (Health and Home, 2008). Today many teenagers are very aggressive than the past few years. This may cause such as cutting classes, early pregnancy even early marriage that can affect their schooling, family, but most is their future.
Province of Cavite is one of the most progressive, and prosperous province of the Philippines. But like in the situation, many teenagers experiencing early marriage
Statement of the Problem
The study will be conducted to determine the cause and effect of early marriage to the teenagers in the Province of Cavite.
The study aims to answer following specific questions.
1. Who are involved in the study?
2. What is early marriage?
3. What is the situation of teenage early marriage in the Province of Cavite?
4. What are the causes of early marriage?
5. What are the effect of early marriage?
