Dramatic play helps children understand the world around them. It not only teaches children about the roles they choose to play, but also provides the development opportunities in a variety of areas. American children drama scholar Catherine further emphasize creative dramatic play is through drama to develop children's critical thinking and creative expression, which focus on children in the play when facing all kinds of contradictions and conflicts, problems of strain capacity.
