Within a few weeks of their employment commencing all new employees of LMH undertake a Staff Induction. As part of the induction senior staff within LMH will discuss their own role and priorities with the new members of staff. A method that could be used to record an individual’s progress during induction is an Induction checklist. This is used during the LMH Induction and it includes a document checklist to ensure that all relevant documents and e-learning have been issued.
During each stage of the induction from day one to Month 6 the employer and employee are required to sign off that all aspects of the checklist have been completed which provides a written agreement.
Regular one to one meetings should take place to monitor the quality of work and that there is a cultural fit. Feedback should also be requested from other team members.
