What is a social networking? A social networking or social media is an online service, platform or site that focuses on building social relations among people. For example, it allows people to both express their individuality and meet people with similar interests, activities or backgrounds. Most social media are web-based and provide means for users to interact over the internet, such as e-mail and instant-messaging. There are various social sites that can be used as business platform such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blog, or Pinterest. Social networking is becoming a mainstream for marketing tactic. It is now a popular initiative and a successful one for some companies, whether it is in a small or large scale business. Furthermore, it has a nice form of entertainment which can be very effective business technique for entrepreneurs. Social networks give tons of advantages and disadvantages when using them as a business platform. First and foremost, the important thing in a business world is to grab the attention of potential customers and increase brand awareness. The effective way of grabbing customers’ attention is through online video by showcasing the company’s products. According to Michael Byrnes, President of Byrnes Consulting said, "YouTube helps tell your brand's story and conveys messages better than words." These can be seen where a lot of companies, who are using YouTube to promote their products such as Samsung Mobile, Petronas, Vevo, Walt Disney Studios or Vauxhall. For Samsung Mobile, they have been using YouTube video to show new features of their products such as Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Samsung Galaxy Beam, Samsung Galaxy Ace, Samsung Galaxy S Plus and others. According to eMarketer.com, 88 percent of marketers agree that social media has helped grow their brand awareness. For instance, McDonald’s used Facebook page to feature information on new products,
