Electronic Cigarettes are being talked about more recently in the media; however, they have been around for over a decade. Many were unaware of the fact that, "The modern e-cigarette was created in 2003 by a Chinese chemist, but the first smokeless, non-tobacco, cigarette was invented by one Herbert A.
