The Problem
Introduction
There is evidence of disseminating information as early as 2,400 BC. The royal couriers disseminated the decree of the Egyptian pharaohs and the service may greatly precede even that date. Similarly, organized systems of posthouses providing swift mounted courier service seems quite ancient, although sources vary as to precisely who initiated the practice. Certainly, by the time of the Persian Empire, a system of Chapar-Khaneh existed along the Royal Road. The 2nd-Century BC Mauryan and Han dynasties established similar systems in India and China. Suetonius credited Augustus with regularizing the Roman network, the cursus publicus. Local officials were obliged to provide couriers who would be responsible for their message 's entire course.
The science of communication is of vital importance nowadays, and its ramifications reach into fields of human interest of great diversity. Man is essentially a communicating animal; communication is one of his oldest activities. When the computer was invented, the life on the face of the planet gradually transformed. Means of communication abruptly change as it is going to conform to the growing demand of the increasing human population. The greatest thing EMCOTECH has been doing is to communicate grades to their students as another way of establishing rapport to their clientele. However, the school has to pay the Post Office in sending grades. It takes some days or even months to arrive at the recipient and sometimes unfortunately, the grades lost on its way from delivering station to station. This traditional method of communication becomes obsolete since the world has to conform to the fast emerging technology. There will be a possibility that this way of communication will cease that may cause a problem as the sending of grades of the students through this manner will also stop. The students or the parents should have to visit the school when inquiring their grades. On the other
