Elli Friedman Research Paper

The Holocaust killed approximately six million Jews between 1993 and 1945. It is impossible to know how many Jews died in the Holocaust, half the jewish victims died in a concentration camp others were shot by nazis. Elli Friedman and her family are Jews and they also lived in the Holocaust. Elli Friedman was 11 years old when her and her family were sent to concentration camps. Elli was a smart and she was a bright little girl but everything was ruined for her. When Elli was in the concentration camp she had faith, hope, and she was strong for a 11 year old girl. Elli responsibility was to stick with her family until the war was over and they would have their freedom back. She did not have a choice she had to obey the nazis to survive. The only responsible of the Holocaust was Hitler and his Nazis. Elli and her family in the beginning had to wear the yellow star but things got worse from there like been
This was really dangerous if she was caught sneaking to another cell Ellie would have been shot. However she knew the risk but she did not give up on protecting her mother. When her mother got better both of them were sent to another concentration camp. When they got there they were reunited with Bubi, Elli older brother. When Elli saw her brother he looked different he was skinnier and weak and the look on his face showed tiredness. Rumors had it that America was invading Germany. When the nazis wanted to kill all Jews before the Americans would invade their plan almost worked. They did kill however the American soldiers manage to save Elli, mother, Bubi and other survivors. Elli kept her faith alive and she was always strong and when she left the concentration camp she was 14 years old.
