My knot took me some time to recover from. The knot that happened to me had to deal with my big bad elliptical. I was about eight years old when this happened. I was just playing around on our elliptical and suddenly my foot slipped off the pedals. My other foot was still going around though. Once my foot still on the elliptical mad a circle it ran over my other foot hard! Then I fell off the elliptical but my foot that got ran over was still in it. It felt like fire was burning on it! I pulled my foot out even though it hurt terribly bad. I was crying a lot and my mom came towards me and lifted me up and brought me up stairs where we had to clean all the blood off. Then she put me on the couch with a fluffy pillow under my foot. The she put a long roll or wrap in it to stop the bleeding. I had to ice a lot to help the swelling go down. I was just staring fourth grade basketball even though I was in third grade. They didn’t have enough players and needed some extra players, so I played. At the time I was still in dance which I absolutely hate now. It hurt extremely bad to walk and to put shoes on because it would rub on the gash. I had to word through it and ice it a lot and rest. Slowly but surely it started to get better and it didn’t hurt as much. In a couple of months I was all better and was healed. There is a big scar there now and if I got stitches it probably would be as
