Employment in the Middle Ages
Now it is widely discussed on what kind of action should people after 50 put their emphasis. It is often said that after 50 years old it is extremely hard to find a proper job, even though they have got a lot of experience. It is likely that people at that age are caused to be giving up their job and got retired.
There might be two arguments to explain why it is happening. First of all, people after 50s are not so goal orientated due to the fact that they have already achieved a lot of in their life and now would prefer to stay calm and work monotonously. The second reason could be out of dated person’s qualifications and knowledge so that s/he fails to follow the trend. Companies tend to be willing to recruit a person who knows how to work with new software and could adopt to any changes in the working process.
Various ways of solving these problems exist ( seem to be existing ). One of them is likely to be that people after 50 have to prove a company that they are still eager to learn something new and that they seem to be an illustrious example of an elderly ambitious employee. The second way to obtain a prestigious job is to attend some courses of modern technologies before applying for a job. As a result, on the interview a person could attract company’s attention by demonstrating how to deal with innovative technologies.
In conclusion, in spite of partial causes elderly people could keep working in top rank companies unless they feel like staying home. In addition, hardly ever can any business survive without experienced and highly qualified staff.

    During the stage of later adulthood individual’s roles in life begin to change. “Older people are erroneously thought to be senile, resistant to change, inflexible, incompetent workers, and a burden on the young” (Zastrow & Kirst-Ashman, 2010, p.642). Already, older employees with higher level of education seem to be playing a major role in the trend (Peterson).     With though doubt, many jobs are isolated from many citizens in developed countries, solely due to their age and only for this factor. A person’s age is not an accurate evaluation in determining their ability to perform certain duties, in many positions. Yet, many young people are also overlooked for many jobs, because their pre-frontal lobe is through to be under- developed for critical thinking in many jobs. This is a form of Adultism.
