Introduction Education is like a magic key to open every door worth of it, anything is possible to work on it There are many reasons for going to a university, including- naturally- a love of the subject to be studied, and the opportunity to experience a different way of life. Higher education is much more than a production line for work-ready graduates. Nevertheless, there is no denying that people see higher education as a stepping stone to a good job.
Library science programs practice to become a productive, it maintains its mission of access equity and community space, as well as, the new means for information retrieval called Information Literacy Skills in every specialization, it is very closely related to issues of knowledge organization, library science typically refers to a specific community engaged in managing holdings as they are found in university and government libraries.
The concept of employability is analyzed and the prevailing tendency to create employment status that measures based on outcomes is critiqued. The outcome approach results in employability as being construed as an institutional achievement rather than the propensity of the individual student to get employment.
In every region or a nation, library and information practitioners are successful in entry level positions in academic, public, and special libraries. To make program-related decisions to improve the quality of the graduate, program, and better to serve every clientele. The University of Northern Philippines being one f the top university in Northern Luzon should subjective into dimension of understanding the labor market outcomes, as issues of employability and intimately connected to the question of social identity.
