Success factors to emergency response

Every emergency raises many questions of why and how the event occurs; these questions are crucial to understanding and determine the appropriate responses to future incidents.
There is a lack of well-designed method for an after action review process following an emergency. The implementation of an after action review following an emergency can be utilized as parts of a best practice framework. A good after-action review can be used to improve the action plans to an emergency response and identify trained individuals who can coordinate different activities.
