Do you know what an endodontist does? Chances are, unless you work in dental care, you don’t know that this is a dental specialist who performs root canals. This is why the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) started its Root Canal Awareness Week ten years ago. The tenth anniversary of this educational week is coming up—March 27 to April 2—and, as ever, the aim of further educating people and professionals about the importance of root canals and the important work that endodontists do.
