 They differ in education and experience.
 But research indicates that most successful entrepreneurs share certain personal qualities, including: creativity, dedication, determination, flexibility, leadership, passion, self-confidence, open minded, risk takers and “smarts.”



1. Creativity:
 Creativity is the stimulus that drives the development of new products or services or ways to do business.
 It is the push for innovation and improvement.
 It is continuous learning, questioning, and thinking outside of prescribed formulas.
 Entrepreneur always look for new and better ways to do things, ways that have not occurred to others.

2. Dedication and self reliant:
Dedication is what motivates the entrepreneur to work hard.  Planning and ideas must be joined by hard work to succeed.  Entrepreneurs dedicate themselves to the fulfillment of their plans, visions, and dreams, and that firmness of purpose generates electricity throughout the whole organization.
 Entrepreneurs are self-reliant, they do not wait for others to tell them what to do. They are self-starters and feel confident making decisions.

