In source #2 it shows us that an image or reimagined image of the Erie Canal. The visualization shows to have a ton of people using the Canals about 25+ more canals being on the river. And the passageway to (I’m unsure where they are going to but I think it's going there) Albany to Buffalo or Buffalo to Albany. The article tells us that the Erie Canal was a major breakpoint for travel/transportation. Also, like I said it shows the historical era of the Erie Canal, who created it, how it was created, and how it can help us. This article is the most important source to show the Erie Canal’s importance on how it grew to something bigger and it’s big success because on the article it stated “When it opened in 1825, the Erie Canal almost immediately revolutionized trade, commerce, and transportation.” This backs up my first statement on how it helps people’s lives changing the way on how trade, and transportation, revolutionizing the way of transportation during those time
