There are several strengths that I possess that will benefit me as a principal. ESFJ people are very goal oriented, they like to plan ahead. They are very driven to reach the goals that are in front of them. However, being extremely focused can have its disadvantages. Many people who are very driven could be blind to other things around them. Another advantage is that we take account of others needs and show appreciation and interest in them. ESFJ people love to work with teammates and value friendship.

I am very much a pleasure and want everyone happy. At times a principal can’t make everyone happy and will have to say things that may hurt others. It is important to remember that we are in the business for doing what is best for students. I can often become overwhelmed with the amount of work I take on; this keeps me from reaching my full potential in all areas of work. As I move forward delegation will be very important for me to be successful. This will take some of the work load off of me but allowing me to monitor and facilitate issues at school. I am seen as “high strung” to the people who know me well but I do hid my emotions well. The delegations of things will help me deal with being high strung. I have high expectations for myself and those around me. All people have the ability to be successful and reach their full potential. I will be the motivation and driving force to reach those expectations. When staff member have and issue or concern it is important that they have someone that will support, listen, and be honest with
