Juice and Sport drinks are full of sugar
A lot of fruit juice in the supermarket isn’t really juice, sometimes there isn’t even any actual fruit in there, just sugar and chemicals that tastes like fruit.
100% juice isn’t really that good either because without any fiber, it’s just the sugar that’s left.
Sports drinks were designed for athletes, not normal people, we don’t need that much sugar and salt that is contained in the sport drink.

One of the main problems with sugar is that it has excessive amounts of fructose. which can cause severe metabolic problems when consumed in. Whereas sugar is about 50% fructose and High Fructose Corn Syrup about 55%, Agave contains even more up to 70-90%
Margarine is an replacement for butter due to the high saturated fat content, but what they didn’t know was that margarine had a higher trans-fat compared to butter, and it was not food at all, just an assembly of chemicals and refined oils to be made and look like food.
