This type of therapy is a learning tool and requires a high degree of promise and obligation. It requires you to be positive about the outcome and be prepared for a lifestyle change that will benefit you for your future and / or your health. One ethical consideration of biofeedback is that it may undermine the seriousness of the disease. In nursing I believe and feel that biofeedback would be very helpful to not only the patients but to the nurses as well. If you are a nurse you may have used biofeedback therapy before and not even know it. Biofeedback helps you to better manage your stress, by taking a simple break when stressed and taking deep breaths while trying to relax your body when you know that you are behind on giving medications. Clearing your mind mentally and saying to yourself that you can and will finish all your work before 15:00 today can help you reduce your stress
