In Cheerleading there are many dangerous stunts. For example a one man stunt. This stunt involves only two people. The flyer and the backbase. In this stunt the backbase grabs the flyer’s waist and chucks them up into the air. Catching the flyer’s feet below them with two hands. After everything is in place the back base will then lift the flyer up into extension the highest the flyer can go. When finished with the stunt the back base will then throw the flyer up in the air again and as the flyer is coming down. It is the back bases job to catch the flyer by the waist.
