According to my findings, the following will appear on the jury; 1) Marcus Young- 35 yrs. old African American male, Lowes delivery driver, single parent with 1 child. 2) Allison Clay- 42 yr. old caucasian married female who works as a Transport Dispatcher. 3) Johnny Brown- 38 yr old African American single male who works as a maintenance technician. 4) Antonio Rivera - 32 yr. old Mexican male, married with 3 children working as a construction worker. 5) Charles Whittaker-28 yr. old African American single working as a Heavy Equipment Operator. 6) Catherine Werner-35 married caucasian female working as a Sales Associate. 7) Isabella Turner- 28 yr. old single caucasian working as a cashier. 8) Carson Chandler- 44 yr. old divorced parent,working as a facility service coordinator. 9) Darrin Gray-30 yr. old caucasian male, engaged working as a material handler. 10) Karen Hill -34 yr. old caucasian female, engaged working as an appraiser. 11) Stephanie Powell- 47 yr old retired single African American female with 4 children. 12) Craig Dawson- 30 yr old divorced Caucasian male truck driver. I feel as if the jury I have selected will be a good representation of John Morgan. Some have very similar backgrounds to John Morgan. The people chosen are all linked in a very unique way. within theses jurors are some from a different standpoint then John Morgan.Therefore the issue can be reviewed from different standpoints. Given the data results from my County, which is Birmingham, Al, and the results of Mogans background, this jury was selected. Morgan is in great standings of a fair trial.
