Three It is a illegal drug. First why is meth so additive? Meths users after taking the drug “ they experience a sudden “rush” of pleasure or a prolonged sense of euphoria, as well as increased energy, confidence, sexual prowess and feelings of desirability. However after that first try, users require more and more of the drug to get that feeling again, and maintain it. with repeated use, Meth exacts a toll on the mind and body, robbing users of their ability to experience pleasure. Meth usually comes in the form of a crystalline white powder that is odorless, bitter-tasting and dissolves easily in water or alcohol. Other colors or powder have been observed, including brown, yellow, gray, orange and even pink. It can also be compressed into pill form. As covered earlier, it can be snorted, smoked or injected. Crystal meth comes in clear chunky crystals resembling ice and is mostly commonly smoked.” The effects Meth has on the body can cause you to have a lot of health problems later in life also ,even if you stop using it. Because of the effects it has while using Meth such as “Diarrhea and nausea, Excessive sweating, Loss of appetite, insomnia, tremors, jaw- clenching, agitation, irritability talkativeness, panic,compulsive,violence, confusion, increased blood pressure, blood sugar levels, bronchodilation constriction of the walls of the arterties. In pregnant and nursing women, methampetamine crosses the placenta and is secreted in breast milk. Effects associated with chronic use are tolerance which is needing more of the drug, craving ,temporary weight loss, withdrawal symptoms
