A judge can sentence a juvenile life in prison but may not give that inmate a chance while they´re doing their time. Judges don't really believe that juveniles with death penalties should be offered any help while they're in jail for life because they think it would be a waste of their time. When you have criminals who commit these terrible crimes, there is always a reason behind it and there should always be help available no matter who the person is. It is already sad enough that they're family forgets about them and they're in a cell with one other person and cannot see the real world. I also feel like the justice system should not discriminate and make other decisions to different cases, when cases are very much alike. Ever crime deserves time and in order to be strict, they have to also care about the individual's and don't just throw them away no matter what feelings are being felt towards these
