Walter Mitty: Finding Sean
Most people are like Walter- Simple, average, a grey piece of paper, fitting in the urban office life seamlessly, searching for romance and adventure. The movie, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, is an action filled comedy-drama movie; filmed in Greenland, Ice land, Afghanistan and New York City, full of beautiful, awe inspiring sceneries as Walter Mitty does his best to find the photographer of Time magazine covers, Sean, becoming more than he was before.
Walter Mitty, as said before, is just a plain simple dude in search of romance and adventure. Walter is introduced to the audience in his room, calculating the cost of multiple things in his life, appearing as a serious, work oriented man before the impression broken by his eHarmony account and his vivid imagination in life, losing the initial impression to a newer one, where he is seen to be quite clumsy and distracted. It’s a movie that centres the main characters development in terms of personality, charisma to attract the female interest and lifestyle overall. You can stay it’s the Grown up version of those average high school movies where they introduce to you a nerdy/lazy/average looking joe that has a best friend of sorts and has a crush on a Triple T girl. A girl who is considered smart, sport and pretty who has a douchebag of a boyfriend. The dude tries to toughen up and ask her out, etc. Etc. and in the end they got together and the dude has more confidence in himself. Walter's situation has allowed the company to produce and capture the amazing scenery found on Afghanistan, Iceland and Greenland. This also added a little bit more effect to Walters situation following his character development, his once dreary and dark coloured world now is filled with more life and greenery as he follows the small trail Sean has given him through pictures, negatives and sightings by the
