The American people love college football. Imagine being without it. There has been an issue about whether college athletes should or should not get paid beyond their scholarships.One reason college athletes should get paid is because there is a high risk for injuries. Another reason is because there is a lot of pressure to win. Lastly , is because college athletes need extra money for housing and food. These college athletes deserve to be paid because there physical demanding injuries, pressure, and the cost for needing money for food and housing. One reason universities should pay college athletes beyond scholarships is because physically demanding. Veronica Majerol says that " Injuries can saddle them with years of medical bills. This quote shows that it's really not fair that college athletes have to go though starving nights cause they have no money for food up until the professional leagues draft them. In other others straving nights means no money until
