Brewer passed out Arizona’s immigration law which is also called Arizona SB1070. The law was signed by Jan Brewer on April 23, 2010 and it was affective on April 29, 2010. The law requires people who over 14 years old has to carry their registration with them at all time. There are four forms of identification are “a valid Arizona driver license; a valid Arizona nonoperating identification license; a valid tribal enrollment card or other tribal identification; or any valid federal, state, or local government-issued identification.” (Wikipedia). Arizona’s immigration law also allows the state officers have a right to stop the immigration status of individuals whenever the officers think that someone is illegal immigrants. The laws also do not accept any business can hire illegal immigrants because they do not allow working in public. If people cannot provide enough legal documents, they will either get dragged into jail or have to pay their violence fee depends on how many time of violation. The minimum amounts will be $100 and 20 days in jail for the first time of violence. Some of the current states are joining this law are Utah, Georgia, Indiana, Alabama and South California.
