Although, the individual has no intention of harming another individual, it is best to revoke his membership to keep the community safe from any known disturbances. As a manager, one has the duty to prevent situations from occurring before they actually become a problem. One resolution is that since the facility does not have proof of this individual being homosexual or is HIV positive, therefore, it may become wise to allow him to still use the facility, so they won’t be sued. Another resolution is to suspend his membership until he is tested for HIV positive. As a last resort, could leave your position immediately in order to stay out of this situation, considering that, you can easily get blamed for the decision that you made that could make you held liable if the individual chooses to sue.
