I would inform the CEO, directors, and managers of what was going on with each product and supply them with substantiating evidence of how the product is a hazard to the public, or what could happen if it was being distributed on the market. I could show the CEO, directors, and managers my evidence by preparing hard-bound copies of all substantiating evidence, including but not limited to: the name of the product; what the defect is and how it is hazardous to the public; what caused the defect to occur; where the products were distributed
