Evaluación de plan estratégico A través del siguiente ensayo se evaluará el Plan estratégico de la empresa Kudler Fine Foods, en adelante KFF (University of Phoenix, 2003a), sus estrategias de mercadeo y situaciones presentes en la estructura organizacional que representan una posible amenaza a los objetivos propuestos. Se presentaran modificaciones al plan estratégico que permitirá mejorar el funcionamiento, productividad y ganancias de la empresa.

Kathy Kudler es una apasionada de la comida “gourmet”, se percato que era necesario establecer un lugar que ofreciera una amplia selección de productos orientados a este tipo de gastronomía. KFF se estableció con la intención de ofrecer los mejores productos que un conocedor de la cocina “gourmet” pueda necesitar. Cuentan con una amplia selección de carnes y mariscos, frutas, vegetales, hierbas y especias, 250 variedades de queso provenientes de 21 países y una amplia selección de vinos domésticos e importados. Actualmente existen tres localidades a lo largo del Estado de California en los condados de La Jolla, Del mar y Encinitas.
Evaluación del plan estratégico Analizando detenidamente el plan estratégico de la KFF se observa la existencia de varias situaciones que de no ser corregidas se pueden convertir en problemas que atenten contra la existencia y desarrollo de la empresa.
