More and more low class Europeans then decided to immigrant to America for better opportunities, and so that they can be a part of the upper social class, which they have no chance to be in Europe at all. With the development of America, its owner the Great Britain started asking heavier taxation, and that resulted the American revolution. After the America has won the war, they declared independence, and established a country called the United States of America, using the French constitution as the model set a series of rules in order to run the country. However, with the coming domestic issues in the next 100 years, US government used various ways to get through the conflicts, are their decisions as beneficial as people thought? Is the US government actually effective on solving these problems? It is clear that the presidents have the greatest control of the government, it is them who made the decisions during all the depressing era.
