In this discussion, the implementation of evidence-based practice will be discussed. I will discuss how organizational culture and infrastructure can help implement nursing evidence-based practice, as well as the specific model my organization uses when implementing evidence-based practice. Using evidence-based practice is important for improving care and outcomes for patients. Organizational infrastructure and culture helps to implement nursing evidence-based practice by involving physicians and other clinicians in the process (Huber, 2014).
