| Africa is the second largest continent in the world but, also the poorest. Africa has many different beautiful islands. |
|The continent is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, and is divided into four parts north, south, east, and west. It is extremely |
|diverse in terms of ethnicity, language, and culture. Unfortunately, this magnificent country is not a painting of beauty. Parts of |
|Africa have been going through a lot of suffering and poverty. |
|Poverty is created by lack of access to jobs, public infrastructure (schools, medical care, etc), and lack of access to food. Many |
|African countries are blighted by long running civil wars and corrupt governments, which makes it very difficult to get hold of |
|supplies or build the necessary infrastructure. When war is
