By trying to catcher the shots and the angle placement of the camera whilst filming various pigs being slaughtered in an inhumanly manner, these range from filthy and crowded confinement to surgical mutilation without pain relief, an cruelty as the film is trying to get the viewers to realise the truth behind the pig farming industry and the fact that these are all considered as a standard practice. Example of this would be cutting of the pig’s tail or removing its genitals without the relief of pain killers, the director Mr Delforce is hoping that, by utilizing these styles and techniques, he would be able to reach out to the viewers and hope that they will gain supporters on the fight against animal.

These forms of techniques allow the film to draw its viewers’ attention and persuade the viewer in anyway that is wanted by the producers. In the end documentaries do have the power to change and influence the world, however it all comes down to the filmmakers, and they have to be strategic, authentic and collaborative in order for the documentary to have its full
