Absolutism vs. Democracy
Absolutism and democracy are two types of government. An absolute monarchy is a monarchical form of government where the monarch exercises ultimate governing authority as head of state and head of government. A democracy is a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. Democracy is the more effective government system.
