Here at Phoenix Advertising we employ over 100 employees in Charlotte, NC, Roanoke, VA, and Harrisburg, PA. We are an up and coming advertising firm on the East Coast. We offer top graphic designers who bring artist’s creations to life to promote the companies of our clients.

measure success for our clients through awareness, increased sales, or other criteria mutually agreed upon between agency and the clients. All branches of the Phoenix Advertising company should abide by this statement daily. We are a team and each branch’s success is vital to the overall success of this entire company.
Recently four clients have complained about the advertising work at one of our Roanoke branch.
Our clients are top priority at each company. As a company, we are to provide the highest standards of quality and efficiency where service, creativity, reliability and integrity are hallmarks of every aspect of our work.
In an attempt to increase revenues, the branch is accepting new clients without evaluation the effects of the new accounts on the current project workload. As a result, many of our employees on salary are being required to work longer hours without notice or compensation. The agency’s accounts are overseen by Whitney Bremby. Each branch has a human resource representative that is responsible for accepting and assigning new accounts. Phoenix Advertising is an up and coming company and it is not beneficial to turn away possible clients.
Overtime is not required by salaried employees, but it has become needed to finish projects by the deadline date at the Roanoke branch. We do appreciate all the dedicated employees who have stayed with the company although working long, unscheduled hours. Branches are not allowed to have different policies about labor laws in which the company has to abide. We will come together as a management team to decide how we can compensate our dedicated employees who have endured tough …show more content…
times.
The Phoenix advertising policy about collaborative work among account executives, art directors, graphic designers, and copywriters is available to all employees in the employee handbook which contains all the rules of the company. The Phoenix Advertising company promotes a healthy, work environment in which employees work together to make the best product available to the clients we serve.
At Phoenix Advertising we expect all of our branches to produce projects as a creative team that has cutting edge ideas to attract more clientele.
The recent resigning of top executives at the Roanoke branch as seemed to cause a little turmoil with more employees threatening to quit. As a management team we need to boost morale of our employees and see that everyone is being compensated accurately.

Subject: Roanoke Payroll Statement
Dear Whitney Bremby:
Recently, we have received some complaints from employees about non-compensation for overtime. We have also had two top executives in that firm leave the company and we are trying to uncover the problem at this branch so it can be fixed.
I am requesting a payroll statement from the Roanoke branch for the past 12 months. I also need a summary of the agency policies and the branch policies regarding overtime and compensation/benefits package. It is imperative that this information be sent to me by Monday, February 21.
This information is crucial to the operation of the Roanoke branch. Employees have been subjected to long hours and the morale of the team is diminishing daily. Please submit all important payroll documents that may be beneficial to our investigation.
If there are any questions please contact me by email, robyn@phoenixadvertising.net, or at headquarters, ext.
