Everyone in the UK is subject to its laws, regardless of their attitudes.
In court, the judge should remain neutral which supports the rule of the law as if they weren’t impartial they may discriminate against a party. Their faulty assumptions may lead to a wrongful verdict.
Individual Liberty is the right to freely act and express ones beliefs, this is generally considered out of the governments control.

Britain became a democratic nation due to multiple political factors, such as increased standards of industrialisation and urbanisation as well as more fairness and equality of elections. This shift primarily occurred from 1851 through to 1928. Currently, the whole adult population (despite a few exceptions - for example unregistered prisoners. etc) are given the opportunity to vote the person or party they wish to represent us into power.
Mutual Respect is the proper regard for an individuals dignity, which is ultimately reciprocated.
It is essentially the acknowledgement and appreciation of other people and their values which is reciprocated.
Tolerance Of Different Faiths And Beliefs is not only the freedom to choose ones religion but to also accept and have an open-minded attitude towards others faiths including practices, views and ethnic origins
