Gesture: This is also known as body language. Our body movement can identify the general message which can be done by its own or unintentional. There are many gestures such as crossing arm and bowing head down it gives the impression that you are lack of interest. There are different types of body movement to express a specific message.
5. Paralanguage: This uses our voice helps to carry out a deliberate or non-deliberate messages. We use our voice to create various impacts. The tone and our volume, which uses our voice, the accent, the pace when we speak and the pauses we use to convey the message to the audience. For example when we want to emphasis an important message we tend to speak a little louder so that the audience know that it is an important message.
6. Pauses: Most of the time when we use our pauses when we are giving a speech or message which helps to gather our thoughts together. This shows that how effective is your message that has been sent across. This will create emotions to the audience. Tactile behavior: Touch is an important way of showing warmth, comfort and a sense of security. This helps to give them a positive feeling. For example: when they feel sad about their friendship or relationship problems we tend to talk to them nicely and putting our arm around their shoulder to tell them that everything will be okay and this will create warmth, comfort and security.
9. The use of time and space: Time shows the importance by making other people to wait as this shows the respect of being punctual. For example: when you have a massive important meeting be there on time and not let others to wait for you. Space is also how we occupy our work area as we can tell if the person is disorganized or an organized person. Space can also identify of people are comfortable when they are talking with each other and beware of our other people space when you are talking to them. For example: My study area is always in a mess and it shows that I am a disorganized person. This will affects the
