There should be no form of error, harm, abuse or neglect by the service user. I also ensure that all local health and social care services policies are followed as applicable. Procedures of safeguarding in my organization are followed with any breach reported to my supervisors immediately. 1.1 There are various multi-disciplinary agencies involved in the safeguarding and protecting rights of individuals which govern the daily activities of my organization. The internal safeguarding lead of the organization deals with all noted and reported safeguarding issues related to staff and all residents. Any case is investigated promptly and measures are put in place to prevent and sanction erring individuals who breach the safeguarding policies of the organization. My organization also refers cases to the local authorities as the issue raised may be applicable for such.
