Both drug and alcohol dramatically change the way they behave. Some of the effects of alcohol it can cause more than 30 medical problems the book lists many different problems. The book includes brain damage. It mentions that it messes up your cognitive functions which will cause you to have the coordination of a 10-year-old. You can also get AIDS because people are so desperate for drugs they start to sell themselves to fulfill their drug addiction.
