Since World War II, frozen foods and processed foods were two major developments in the American food industry that have impacted American culture. Frozen foods and processed foods have allowed for the regional specialization of the food industry. These goods could to be preserved, shipped to outside regions, and stored for longer periods of time; this granted consumers with more food choices because consumers were no longer limited to the availability of food in their local region.

These three things will positively impact the happiness of the employees and an employee will sometimes overlook low wages if they feel happy with how they are treated at their establishment.
