Probably the first well known is public schools. Since many people can’t afford to send their children to private schools or have the time or patience or education to home school them, so they sigh them up for public schooling. Kids are able to communicate with children their own age, making friends, discussing their own ideas with new people on a daily basis. But then there are bullies that children have to deal with, school shooting, fire and bomb drills. A new survey says that “Public Agenda found that just 35% of public school parents still think private ones are more demanding and 34% think public schools are tougher” (Carnahan, I 2001). Of the two-thirds of Harvard freshman graduated from public schools. The Intel Science Talent Search 35 of the 40 finalist came from public schools. Some parents believe that public schools teach things in school that are not needed.
There are many reasons why parents have chosen to home school their children. Most homeschooling parents believe that they can teach their kids better then public or private schools. About 90% of homes schooled
