There are many reason and benefits for why I am attending college. My need for affiliation is one of the biggest extrinsic motivators for going to college comes from being brought up
in a house hold of teachers, I had been expected at an early age that I would attend college. On the other hand the need for achievements is the biggest intrinsic motivation for going to college is my value in self-improvement.
Going to Central Baptist College will benefit me in two ways, financially because of the faculty Remission Waiver that I will receive, which will give me free tuition as long as I have a grade point average of 2.0, and the other reason for attend Central Baptist College, is to continue a family tradition. Ever since I was young I wanted to go to CBC because of the big influence and lifelong impact that it had on my family. My father, mother, siblings and numerous extended family had graduated from CBC, and I want to be the next “Bender” to graduate from Central Baptist College.
The standards that Central Baptist College has set will lead to a good foundation for my college education. It is a good place for me to establish and strengthen philosophical beliefs and morals, a Godly lifestyle and ultimately to make Christian relationships that could change my life.
