FPT provides some policies to create opportunities, the environment and mode for potential employees. A series of policies serve the promotion of potential employees such as staff resources planning policy (key employees); policies to reduce and eventually quit the plurality of leaders, creating opportunities for below grade staff; rotation leaders policy; designate and dismiss policy with fairness and transparency.

1. Employee relations and labor
Employee and labor relations are one of the most important functions of human resource management. The interactions between employees and management are presented by labor relations with regard to, the relationship owner-employees, including deciding the duty, deal with complaints and resolve conflicts. If employees unit are represented for employee, then the union is the exclusive representative of the employees, and the company needs to work with unions on the personnel matters. This is called labor relations.
Huyen’s job is made more complex with a global workforce in labor relations and labor management. A foreign subsidiary is located in each country, may cause her company (FPT) to a completely unique set of labor laws and employment. If her company criminates employment or labor practice, they have to receive legal liability in law. There are also the different wage and hour laws in each country.
In the world, we have some countries which may have very strong labor unions for protecting their employees. While others may have the labor unions are weak or no labor unions at all. There are different laws regarding benefits, such as retire leave. Actually, this can make some unfairness by the employment in FPT company as some employees may get totally benefits and protection, while can not happen for other
