Do you agree? Yes I agree with the above statement. How can something be perfect? There are always some room for errors existed in every research. But firstly we need to know what is the meaning of research. A broad definition of research is given by Martyn Shuttleworth - "In the broadest sense of the word, the definition of research includes any gathering of data, information and facts for the advancement of knowledge All studies are ground breaking and they always have their imperfections. Although there were many successful researches conducted in the past which are reported as erroneous in the current era. Many theories stated by different scientist has some deficiency which were improved by different other scientists. There is a phrase we have been listening since childhood “there is always a room for improvement” it clearly states that nothing is perfect, everything have errors. Recently I was conducting a research on the topic “why students are more in ratio for attempting suicide” I had collected data from different universities of Karachi and I found out that more than 87% are stressed because of studies and remaining were afraid of their parents for failure in examination therefore they attempt suicide. However my other university friend conducted a survey on the same topic and he found out that 90% of student who had committed suicide were from medical and engineering background and they were pressurize by their family to choose such profession, that’s why they attempted suicide because they didn’t like their profession. Although the statement from Griffith sounds very disappointing as this statement is demotivating to the new researchers. It implies that no researcher ever succeeded in his/her quest for answers. Does it really means that every research always left traces of errors in it? If that is the case,
