1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 5S
5S is a Japanese term to describe the systematic practice good housekeeping. Originally from Japan and proven to be effective in several countries. 5S Housekeeping called early and the most effective approach in building a building in a number of efforts to improve productivity. Can be implemented in combination with other tools.
History of 5s
5S practice has been around about 60 years ago . Founded by M.Nakatshugawa , this concept was founded in conjunction with the - indigo telahdiamalkan by housewives in Japan. Looking at the condition of the house Japan , most of the houses in which there is a small living room will be a place to meet with friends during the day, while at night , the living room will be a place to sleep.
On the grounds of the narrow space , then housewives in Japan should adopt the concept of two items deviate unnecessarily and rearrange the items after use . This concept has been widely used in 1955 by the Industrial Safety and Health Association of Japan ( JISHA ) to promote safety for industry - industeri in the Country.
Previously established 5S , 2S concept of Sorting ( Seiri ) and Straightening ( seiton ) is very popular in Japan. At that time , we only focus on security in the workplace . But when there is a need to increase productivity and quality, in the 1970s , the concept has evolved 2S where it has been the 5S concept . element Systematic Cleaning ( Seiso ) , Standardize ( Seiketsu ) and Sustain ( Shitsuke ) was added into the concept now known as 5S .
5S concept has been used throughout Japan to help Japan emerged from recession after losing the Second World War. Japan 's capability and capacity to rise as a world economic power is evidence of the effectiveness of 5S practices in the industry.

5S consists of:
• Sorting—separating the needed from the unneeded. Sorting activities aim to eliminate unneeded items from the work area and to perform an initial cleaning.

The rash is not always present• Other symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, discomfort looking into bright lights, confusion and sleepiness• Seizures may occur as illness progresses…

    Purpose: The aim of this paper is showing the 5S methodology. In this paper it was introduced the way of implementing the 5S methodology in the company. Design/methodology/approach: In the frames of own research it has been analysed and implemented the 5S rules in the production process. Findings: On the basis of the own research it can be stated, that introducing the 5S rules bring the great changes in the company, for example: process improvement by costs’ reduction, increasing of effectiveness and efficiency in the processes, maintenance and improvement of the machines’ efficiency, safety increasing and reduction of the industry pollution, proceedings according to decisions.
