Customer
Customer in today’s society has two options to buys their product and that can be done online or by going to the actual physical outlet. Customers buy product from a store in exchange of money. If a customer is buying the product from an outlet, they will give the money to the store and if they are buying it online the money is directly transferred to that particular store. The customers get the product in exchange for the money, either from the store or warehouse.
Store
The store holds the products that the customer wants to buy and the company wants to sell to the consumers. So the store will collects money in exchange for the product that is being supplied to the customer. It gives the money to the headquarters of the company and in exchange to the money supplies the product to the customer. A store receives the supply of these products form the warehouse that the company owns.
HQ
The headquarters is the heart of the firm. The headquarters has a function of buying the goods it wants to supply its customers and then distribute them. The headquarters receives money from customers and the stores it licenses out to and in return it provides them with certain products. It buys its product from the suppliers and stores it before distributing it. It buys the product in exchange of money its suppliers and later distributes it.

Warehouse is a place where the firm stores its product that it receives from its suppliers and later distributes it to its stores or directly to the customer (online shopping).
