Operational Feasibility The proposed Monitoring and records management system enables the company to control and recognize the status of their employee. Also it determines accurately the Nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide of a single cigarette stick if they pass the standard settings and evaluation. The proposed Monitoring and records management System can give a better quality and a proven reliability whenever the company checks their employee and the standard settings of components in the cigarette. The proposed system gives additional visibility on their evaluation levels it also reduces human errors for the computer is the one that evaluates the cigarette the National Tobacco Administration operates the evaluation using Microsoft excel and manually input the information on it. Innovation from manual to computerized will greatly benefit the company.

Technical Feasibility The proposed system is programmed using Visual basic Ultimate and being saved to an .Exe file a 512mb RAM and 1GB video card specifications of System unit a windows XP operating system and a MySQL program will be used as the database system this is enough to make the program run. The program has multiple databases namely ACCOUNTS, RECORDS,EMPLOYEE etc. database is used for retrieving and sending data that is being input by the user and also this is where the evaluation history being stored. As the Visual Basic Ultimate as it’s front-end and the MySQL as its back-end this program is more reliable and more easy to use than using Microsoft excel as the database of the company.

Economical Feasibility We can say that National Tobacco Administration is not feasibly enough because for these past years in the business they experience lots of data loss, human error and many more. Since it is a government facility it is required to upgrade and modernize the current monitoring system of National Tobacco Administration. The NTA Industrial research Department already gives us the go signal
