A Feasibility Study concerning the 2 Operations of the Cooperative

FOREWORD
The feasibility study is made to serve the purpose of establishing a cooperative composed of employees of Jades Cargo Services, Inc. The cooperative shall have 2 business ventures, namely Canteen and Credit cooperative.
The feasibility study will show the formation of the cooperative, the officers and their respective duties and responsibilities, the sourcing of the funds needed for the operation of the cooperative, the location of the said establishment of the cooperative, the operations for canteen and credit cooperative, and moreover the viability of the said 2 business ventures through financial computation.
As a requirement for the Cooperative Development Authority, this feasibility study is backed through realistic research made by the proponent from various sites like established credit cooperatives, persons who own carinderias or restaurants, and theoretical computation of the said business ventures of the cooperative.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
The feasibility study came up when several employees of Jades Cargo Services, Inc. – Nepa Branch wanted to establish a cooperative since the current problems of the employees are as follows: 1. That the current workplace has no near access to any small carinderia/ restaurant. 2. That in certain cases, the employees cannot immediately borrow from the company in case of emergency situations. 3. The company has a certain limit that employees can borrow and as a result, the employees resort to borrow from loan sharks or loan from SSS or HDMF and such loan process could take days or even weeks to approve. Thus, with such problems faced by the employees, it was decided that a cooperative be formed for their benefit. The proposed cooperative is
