A girl will unknowingly suffer this gender inequality starting from extremely young ages via things like toys and Halloween costumes. Few of those things are ever gender neutral. One can notice how young girls are expected to play with the typical toys – dolls, princesses and baby dolls. These three toys already train girls that they are supposed to look the certain type of ‘pretty’, be saved by a man, and take care of babies even though parenthood is a situation in reality shared by both genders.
