The final product is employee health savings account. The employee health savings account is geared towards businesses wanting to have a way to help business’s employees with health costs. The employee health savings account has no minimum deposit required to open an account. The employee health savings account makes paying for health costs easy with a debit card. Additionally, employee health savings account offers tax deferred savings once the account holder has at least $2,000 in their account (8).

If a person was to open a checking account with the bank, Fifth Third put $150 in their account and also donated $150 to Stand Up To Cancer foundation (1). This helped Fifth Third receive additional business and donate money to a great organization. Fifth Third Bank’s latest promotion is a two hundred dollar offer that expires April 9th, 2016. The requirements involve opening one of its Essential Checking accounts, making three online payments, and signing up for direct deposit with the customer’s current employer. Fifth Third Bank wants all violations of the code of ethics to be reported to the ethics line, which is given in the code of ethics (15). A violation was reported that a teller in Michigan gained financial information of a client. The Michigan teller married the client, who was reported to have a sustainably wealthily financial situation. This was seen as very unethical in the eyes of the public. Another incident happened when a teller was falsely acting as a representative for a company she was not authorized to represent. This violation was also seen as very unethical. The branch managers and president of Fifth Third Bank were scrutinized for not firing these individuals
