During Cassie’s point of view she and Evan are sitting in an old ranch house trying to plan the best way for them to look for Sam. Cassie and Evan don’t know if Sam is alive or not so they don’t know if they should go on this suicide mission to look for him, but in the section before that was in Sam's point of view. During this section the audience know that he is safe and alive.With the use of alternating point of views it shows the audience that it is Cassie's ignorance that almost stops her from looking for her brother. If Cassie knew that he was alive there would be no doubts in her mind that she has to go looking for him. Also during Cassie point of view she is at the a camp with her dad and her brother Sam.They are constantly being told that the military are on their way to rescue them and bring them to a safe place. Finally a bus came, but they are only there to collect the children. The soldiers in charge said that there is another bus coming back for the adults. Because Cassie was sixteen she was considered an adult and is not allowed on the first bus even know there is plenty of room. Louis. My parents are very against me leaving home for college and the college I really want to go to is Webster University, which is in St Louis. My project was an online flyer that I sent to my parents to try to convince them to let me go. My parents don’t believe it is safe in St. Louis so I put in the flyer quote about how safe the school is.
