Portraying the themes of cultural expectation and achieving goals. The scene begins when Jess running down a park and group of her friends told her to play soccer with them. Jess was scouted by Jules, interested in her skills. At home Jess was talking to a poster of David Beckham talking about her day. Her dad came in the room and told her to be ready for Pinky pre wedding. During the pre-wedding, Jess was told by the elders that she would be next. Afterwards Jess went to play soccer with the boys. Jules watch Jess play again, and she offered Jess to play in the girl soccer team Jess agreed to her offer. Jess was shown her soccer skill using a low angle shot of her playing soccer and a montage of her skills using non diegetic sound of a fast beat music.
